We must celebrate diversity in all its forms. We focus on diversity in our staff which ensures broad understanding of complex issues, and diversity of storytelling which targets different audiences. Much of modern distrust of news media stems from a lack of representation of various voices and narratives and we view our model as a means to confront that problem.

We maintain radical transparency as a newsroom by bringing the public into our editorial process and by staying open and humble about our decision-making, our values and visions for the world, as also our limitations.
